Room is nice and clean when compare with other business hotels. The location is also great in the center on Hamada and also there is McDonald’s shop beside the hotel building. Also has separated gender of Onsen at the 1st floor.

At this point in my trip I needed to do some laundry and it was convenient to be able to use a combo washer and dryer machine. They offer two in a room off the lobby and one dedicated machine inside the women's communal bath

Good location near the town centre with a few restaurants and convenience stores within easy walking distance. Easy on-site parking. I would definitely stay here again if coming back to Masuda. Good breakfast buffet with helpful staff.

Very new hotel. Onsen (Hot Springs) are also new, clean and enjoyable. Breakfast has a surprisingly big variety. Even when staying there for several days, breakfast won't get boring.

Comfortable small room full of amenities even pijama. Relax in the hot springs provided by the hotel. Although small, it is clean and fully equipped.

The size of the desk and the installation was excellent in comparison with other hotels. I felt comfortable in the chair at my room.
